Order Processing
Thank you for shopping with AeraClear.
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods, promotions, stock delays, courier delays or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Areas
AeraClear currently delivers within South Africa.
We deliver to major cities, towns, regional areas and outlying areas where courier services are available.
Delivery Timeframe
All AeraClear orders have an estimated delivery timeframe of 7–12 business days, regardless of whether the delivery address is in a major city, town, regional area or outlying area.
Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier availability, public holidays, stock availability, incorrect delivery details, weather conditions, strikes or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, AeraClear may offer free shipping promotions or discounted delivery rates. These offers may be changed or removed at any time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp where available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been collected by the courier.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure that your delivery address, phone number and email address are correct before placing your order.
AeraClear is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays or additional courier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, failed delivery attempts or the customer being unavailable, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier companies may attempt delivery during business hours. If the courier cannot reach you or deliver the parcel, they may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.
If delivery fails multiple times and the parcel is returned to AeraClear, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

If your parcel appears to be lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier.
Weekends and Public Holidays
Orders are not usually processed, dispatched or delivered on weekends or South African public holidays.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
